Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to provide resources that inspire and enable people to seek an intimate relationship with God. Our vision is to see the lives of millions transformed as they integrate the Word of God and the Spirit of God into their daily lives.
Word of God
Many people are unaware of the healing and redemptive power of God’s Word. But when we engage the Word with intention, it has the power to restore what’s broken and cultivate a life of peace, joy, patience, prosperity, and grace toward others.
Spirit of God
God will make Himself known to us in ways we can feel—sometimes even physically—so we have no doubt that He is speaking and He is with us. These encounters strengthen our trust and deepen our assurance that He is on our side.
Access to God
Access to God comes through the work of Jesus on the cross. When we receive His free gift—a renewed relationship untainted by guilt or shame—we begin to live a life more fulfilling than we could ever imagine, as we discover who He truly created us to be.
Our Ministries
The abundant life Jesus promised is rooted in three essential pillars: the Word of God, the Spirit of God, and unhindered access to God through the finished work of the cross. Each of our ministries focuses on one of these three pillars.
The Gospel Preached
Intimacy with God is cultivated when the Word of God is integrated into the fabric of daily life—not just in moments of crisis or ceremony, but in the everyday rhythms of work, rest, and reflection.

Sycamore Tree Ministries
We started Sycamore Tree Ministries to create places of encounter with the living presence of God—not just as an abstract idea, but as a tangible and transformative reality.
Our heart at Sycamore Tree Ministries is to help people not only encounter God’s presence in worship gatherings, but to carry that awareness into everyday life.
No Shame
We created No Shame and NoShameGospel.org to help people fully embrace the finished work of the cross—especially the freedom it brings from guilt and shame. Within the church, the message of forgiveness, unconditional love, and the total sufficiency of the cross is often under-emphasized. But we’ve seen that when people truly encounter the depth of God’s love, it changes everything—from the inside out.
Our Name reflects our values
“Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased! I will put My Spirit upon Him, and He will declare justice to the Nations. He will not quarrel nor cry out, nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets. A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth justice to victory; and in His name, Nations will trust.”
The humble nature of the most powerful man to ever live—to not contend or “quarrel” with His critics, nor to “break” or “quench” the weakest human being, but to heal and redeem them instead—is the quality of Jesus that we love most.

Bruised Reed Ministries is a non-profit corporation registered in the state of California, registered as a 501(c)(3) corporation with the federal government.
Interdenominational
Bruised Reed Ministries is not directly affiliated with any church or denomination. We are a Christian organization who promotes the messages of the Christian faith.

Founder and Board
Bruised Reed Ministries founder, board members, and volunteers are a devoted group that spends significant time and resources supporting the ministry. They attend different church denominations and live in cities across the US.
Use of Technology
Bruised Reed Ministries provides tools and services that make the Word of God in its preached form (sermons) and its text form (The Bible) accessible to more people, with more consistency. Technology enables BRM to do this.
